A Little History: “Crush” is the term used to describe the process from harvest to the beginning of fermentation. In wine country, this is a culminating event, full of intense excitement. Crush Wine Bar pays homage to this celebratory event that creates a truly heavenly elixir.
The drinking of wine is an ancient practice that pre-dates even the Romans. Bacchus was the Roman god of wine and was thought of as a liberator; his wine, music, and dance freed his followers from self-conscious fear and subverted the oppressive restraints of the powerful.
Crush is the only wine bar on the Treasure Coast to offer all its wines at their optimum temperature using cutting edge “self-serve” wine dispensers and a walk-in wine cellar!
